At DSP Concepts we  are enabling our customers and partners to easily build great audio products.  That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our marketing leading Audio Weaver platform. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

We are looking for a hands-on developer to create software components for audio processing software and design code that runs on various microcontrollers and digital signal processors; write code to take advantage of the architectural feature of each processor and provide the highest computational performance possible; collaborate with signal processing engineers to ensure that all computational optimizations ideas are explored; write tests for new  Application Programming Interface (API) designs, which must exercise the functionality of all of the API call in the embedded software products; interact with the QA lead, software developers and testers to ensure that all key units of API functionality are tested; provide status reports and updates; support other engineers and projects on an as needed basis.

We're looking for a creative, intuitive Audio Algorithm Engineer to join us in our efforts to continually push the state-of-the-art. This role requires innovation and invention. The successful candidate will develop and apply novel approaches in order to solve complex technical challenges. As part of a focused development team, the ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills and a real passion for developing cutting edge technology. This position requires 3-5 years of experience and at least a master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
