Project Manager (req# 133)

The Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of audio designs for TalkTo Voice UI products and ensure that the scope and resource constraints are balanced. The PM will be responsible for creating the project management plan and ensuring that the team is executing to the plan in order to complete the project successfully by achieving the project goals within the established scope, schedule and quality with a high degree of customer satisfaction. The primary responsibilities for this position are: 

  • Lead and manage successful delivery of DSP Concepts projects
  • Project planning and execution, issue and risk management, stakeholder management, and developing and delivering effective communication
  • Provide excellent service and build ongoing relationships with clients and program guidance and support to your project teams
  • Understand client's resource capabilities and constraints, and adjust the project plan accordingly
  • Develop and deliver project activities including scheduling, resourcing, backlog management
  • Manage issues and escalations on projects and team activities and project dependencies to ensure on time project deliverables
  • Present project status via dashboards to all relevant stakeholders
  • Improve internal processes as needed for efficiency gains and field customer inquiries and respond or get responses for them
  • Ship and receive HW for the project needs

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in audio, communications or related field
  • 5-8 years of project management and related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Solid interpersonal skills, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and outside DSP Concepts
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
