Finding module parameter order from Matlab

I would like to obtain the order of a modules parameters from Matlab for a script which builds a control interface. Using the Matlab system structure of a layout the variables that define the parameters, i.e., GSYS.SYS.<module>.variable are sometimes in a different order than the actual order described in the modules documentation under Type Definition. (a couple of examples are: MultiplexorV2, ScalerNV2). How can one obtain the true parameter order from Matlab?

Hi James,

This is not intended behavior.  I've flagged a ticket about this with our Development to take a look at.  I'll let you know if there is a quick fix.

Is there any update on this? If this is not intended behavior is there a work around to obtain the parameter order from Matlab?
