For loop design

Hi,

I'm not sure if I could ask designing questions here.

I'm trying to build a “for loop” structures that I can loop certain processing paths with exact number of times(count down or up) by certain variables.

But I don't know how to build this kind of structures. 

Is there any suggestion or sample?
