Unable to contact AWE Designer Licensing server

Hello,

I posses a license for Designer Standard Edition. I have installed application on Win10 PC, but I'm not able to start using it. I've got an error message like here

I also read  https://dspconcepts.com/forums/audio-weaver-designer/61-cannot-launch-au... and added these two binaries as exception to Windows Firewall, but still no cigar. Of course my Internet connection works perfectly fine.

Hi,

I can't see the error message but I presume that you are getting an error when trying to enter your account credentials.

Can you supply more information about your PC?

  • CPU
  • ​​​​​Windows 10 build number

OK. I have edited my first post and re-uploaded that screen snippet. My workbench PC specs is like below. Windows build number is 10.0.19045.3208

Hi Kevin, could you please email me about this too?  I can get in on the laptop but not on this more useful W10 box with a bigger screen.
