When I open AWE Designer, an "out of memory" error pops up (see attachment). How can I solve this problem? It's urgent.
Thanks !
Hi Yong Li,
My first suggestion would be to uninstall and then re-install AWE Designer as this is not a typical error.
- Did AWE Designer ever work and then stop working, or has it never worked properly?
- Are you in Native mode or connected (or trying to connect) to an embedded platform?
- What is your version of AWE Designer?
Thanks,
Gary
I upgrade Qualcomm's BSP, so I need to upgraded AWE Designer from version 3.1 to version AWE_Designer_AWEQ_v4.3.A. Version 3.1 worked fine,
but this problem occurred after installing v4.3。 it's in Native mode not connected to an embedded platform.
how can i fix or debug this? or capture log for you to fix this issue.
Thanks.
I recorded a video showing this error.please refer to the attachment.
Thanks!
Did you try uninstalling and re-installing Audio Weaver AWE-Q 4.3 etc. (rebooting your PC for example)?
Are you able to get back to what did work properly (previous versions of QCM firmware and AWE Designer)?
[update] - one of my colleagues has mentioned that this is a known issue when using Windows Remote Desktop. Is that possibly the reason?
I am using the version AWE Build 3123 and I am not able to reproduce the issue. Like Gary suggested also please restart your MATLAB. Secondly, have you tried the Standard Version of the same build, do you face the same error? Best regards,
Karishma
I have resolved this issue. it couldn't open AWE Designer remotely. It worked fine locally.
Thank you for your replies.
