Our BSP for the stm32f746 is set up to have 6 input channels. Here is an excerpt from the "audio-weaver-stm32f7xx-discovery-board-users-guide"
The first two channels are USB stereo inputs, the next two channels are stereo inputs from the line-in and the last two channels are stereo inputs from the stereo microphone inputs.
So, if you want to use only the 2 channels of microphone input, you can use a router module to filter the 6 channel signal into 2 channels (5 & 6). Let me know if you need more assistance, thanks!
