Install error and startup error

I tried install but appears an error1.
And I tried start AWE designer, appears an error2.
How can I successfully install it?

Hello Nakada-san,

Apologies for the trouble installing Audio Weaver.  It looks like the Matlab Runtime library used for AWE Standard didn't install correctly.  Let me follow up with you via email to remedy this.
