Hi - I'm interested in using the Text for annotating my design.
Is there a way to have a new line? I can't do it with "enter" or "ctrl+enter" or "shift+enter" or using "\n".
That feature is currently only available for internal testing versions of Audio Weaver, which is why I was able to use '\n'. This feature may be rolled out in the future, but for now it is currently unavailable for public versions of Audio Weaver. I'm sorry, I wish I had a better answer but I'll be sure to touch base with you when I receive information that it has become available.
Thanks Kevin - I'm glad it's in the pipeline. I've been creating a new Text annotation for each new line, and it's a pain to do.
If I can offer a suggestion - I usually write the annotation in the canvas, not property sheet. It would be consistent with all other text editors that "ctrl+enter" or "alt+enter" automatically starts in a new line. Google Doc's Exel is "ctrl+enter", microsoft Excel is "alt+enter". It would be nice to have something similar here.
Sorry for the inconvenience for now, but thank you for understanding. I've bookmarked this thread as a reminder to let you know whenever the 'new line' feature rolls out for the annotation module. Also thanks for your suggestion, as we always appreciate feedback on how to improve Audio Weaver for our users.

Hello Cole,
Could you please try using '\n' one more time? It looks like it's working for me.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Cole,
Designer versions 8.B.1.4 and above now support the '\n' syntax for new line. Unfortunately ctrl+enter/alt+enter still do not.
Thanks,
Kevin
